Instructions for creating a Sega Dreamcast video

Make a sofdec movie file based on 640x480 within 2 hours (halfing the movie in to 2x is easier and better quality)

The Sofdec file must contain the following:

- 640x480 resolution
- Audio in Stereo format (typically a wav file) - In which in a sofdec file consists of MPEG-1 video and MP2 audio
- Use Sega Dreamcast Movie Maker to combine the M1V (MPEG-1) and the WAV file in to a Sofdec file (the audio converts to MP2 audio)
- Elementary video (not system video)
- A Video bitrate of up to 3mpbs
- Audio in Segs Dreamcast Movie Creator 22050 or higher (it merge the audio and video in a single file) [FROM WAVE TO MP2 AUDIO]
- Move renamed to BUMPER.SFD in the movie folder
- 16:9 (then you stretch the picture on your TV)
- Then you make it self boot (Bootmake and arthabus/DreamcastCdiTool is recommended) - Create the CDI using Bootmake and Use arthabus/DreamcastCdiTool to make it self-boot
- Use a PVR Editor to Make yopr ending logo with resolution of 256x256 (So people know it's your project and know when to put the next disc in)
- Using a virtualbox with Windows 7 for Bootmake and arthabus/DreamcastCdiTool can easier to compile the project as Windows system security can stop it from proceeding sometimes [IT CAN SOMETIMES WORK ON WINDOWS 10]
- TMPG Video Mastering Works 6 at 95% size for Video and Audio will work for a CD then change the audio to Stereo Wav
- Name the IP BIN file using IP.BIN creator to name of the movie you're doing as if you're using GD-EMU it'll show the correct name

Recommended is a paid version of TMPGEnc Video Mastering Works for best effort converting (you do the research if the version you are using is able to do this).

- VAC1 Dreamcast GD-ROM unit is required to play Dreamcast Movies or GD-EMU for VAC1 Dreamcast
